Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (jobifycoach.com), purchasing a service, or using any of our career coaching offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of our website and to all clients who purchase services from JobifyCoach. They are effective as of the date shown above.

Our Services

JobifyCoach provides professional career and job-search services. Depending on the plan or package you purchase, services may include:

ATS Resume Audit & Optimization

Resume cleaning, ATS formatting, Jobscan-based keyword optimization against your target job descriptions, baseline and post-optimization match reports, and final deliverables in DOCX and PDF.

LinkedIn SEO & Branding

LinkedIn profile optimization for recruiter search visibility, keyword gap analysis, headline and About section rewriting, and a before/after improvement report.

Done-For-You Job Sourcing

Daily targeted job applications (≥5 per business day), Jobscan-optimized resume per application, application tracking in your Notion workspace, and daily summary emails.

1:1 Private Career Coaching

Trigger-based coaching sessions upon interview invitations, round-by-round preparation, JD deep-dive analysis, behavioral and technical preparation, and post-interview debrief.

Advanced Mock Interviews

30-minute simulated interviews (HR, Technical, System Design, or Managerial), structured evaluation scorecard, performance benchmark score (1–10), and improvement roadmap.

Salary Negotiation Strategy

Offer-stage market benchmarking, anchor strategy, counter-offer positioning, risk analysis, and negotiation script rehearsal.

The specific services included in your plan are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our service offerings at any time, provided we deliver what was agreed at the time of your purchase.

Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use JobifyCoach services, you must be at least 18 years of age and actively seeking professional employment. By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and complete information — including your resume, career history, job descriptions, LinkedIn URL, and any background required for your service.
  • Submit required materials (Career Inventory Form, resume, job descriptions) in a timely manner. Delays in submission extend your delivery timeline accordingly.
  • Keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you efficiently.
  • Respect our team and communicate professionally. We reserve the right to discontinue service to clients who engage in abusive or harassing behavior.
  • For Done-For-You Job Sourcing: acknowledge that all job applications submitted on your behalf are truthful representations of your qualifications. We will only make honest, accurate edits to your resume.
  • For Done-For-You LinkedIn Editing: if you share your LinkedIn credentials, you accept full responsibility for any risks of sharing account access and agree to change your password upon service completion.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, and applicable tax compliance on your purchase.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Services are not initiated until payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are listed in USD (or the currency shown at checkout). Prices include applicable taxes where required by law and handled by Lemon Squeezy.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payment data is processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — we do not store your card details.
  • We reserve the right to update our pricing. Price changes do not affect active, paid orders.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, not all purchases are refundable.

Service Delivery, Timelines & Scheduling

Resume & LinkedIn

Standard delivery is within 72 business hours from the time you submit your complete materials. The delivery clock starts only after all required materials are received.

Job Sourcing

Begins after onboarding is complete. Minimum 5 targeted applications per business day (Mon–Fri). You receive a daily email summary.

Coaching Sessions

Triggered by interview invitations (coordinated by your Account Manager) or scheduled in advance. Sessions must be booked at agreed times.

Mock Interviews

Scheduled in advance before each interview round. Camera is mandatory. Sessions are conducted under real interview conditions.

Cancellation Notice: Coaching and mock interview sessions require at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows result in session forfeiture. See our Refund Policy for the full cancellation schedule.

Client-Owned Materials & Consent

  • Your materials remain yours. Any resume, documents, or personal data you provide remain your property. We only use them to deliver the services you purchased.
  • Third-party upload consent. By submitting your resume and job descriptions, you consent to our team uploading those materials to our professional tools (such as Jobscan) solely for the purpose of performing the service. We do not share your documents with any other party without your consent.
  • Session recording consent. Coaching and mock interview sessions may be recorded with your prior consent, solely for the purpose of providing feedback and maintaining your performance records. You may decline recording at any time.
  • Notion & Drive workspace. We create a dedicated Google Drive folder and Notion workspace for you, used exclusively to track your service progress, applications, reports, and coaching records. You are granted access to view your workspace. These records remain accessible to you throughout your service engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including copy, design, branding, methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes — is the intellectual property of JobifyCoach or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

  • The optimized deliverables we produce from your materials (e.g. your optimized resume) are created for your personal use in your job search only.
  • You may not resell, relicense, or distribute any JobifyCoach deliverables or proprietary resources to others.
  • Our internal templates, scoring rubrics, SOPs, and session materials remain the property of JobifyCoach.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described fully in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of our agreement with you.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, salary increases, or any specific career result. Our services improve your position in the job market — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including job market conditions, recruiter decisions, and individual effort.

Service Availability

We aim to deliver services within the stated timelines. Delays caused by your failure to submit required materials, your unavailability for sessions, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

Accuracy of Advice

Our coaching, resume optimization, and strategy advice is based on professional expertise and best practices. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Third-Party Tools

We use professional tools (e.g. Jobscan, Notion, Google Drive) in the delivery of our services. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or changes in those third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobifyCoach's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

EU Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable EU or UK consumer protection legislation, including mandatory warranties or the right to bring proceedings before your local courts. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms (e.g. providing false information, abusive conduct, requesting dishonest resume edits).
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.
  • Continued failure to provide required materials after multiple reminders (order placed on hold; subject to refund terms).

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing at support@jobifycoach.com. Cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobifyCoach operates. We always encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings.

US Clients

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, on an individual (non-class-action) basis, where permitted by law.

EU/EEA & UK Clients

You retain the right to bring proceedings before your local courts and use EU-approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by email or via our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your existing service agreement.
