Overview
JobifyCoach delivers professional career services through structured packages — The Career Catalyst™, The Elite Career Suite™, and The Talent Collective™ — as well as individual add-on services such as Professional Resume & Profile Makeover, Interview SOS, Mock Interview, Salary Negotiation Strategy, and Professional Networking & Advanced Job Search. Because our services involve significant human work, expertise, and time invested from the moment your order is confirmed, our refund terms reflect the nature and delivery stage of each package or service.
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refund decisions are made by JobifyCoach, and approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
How Refund Requests Work
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@jobifycoach.com. Include your order number or transaction ID, the package or service you purchased, and a clear reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a decision.
- Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer — we do not control processing time on your bank's side.
- We do not charge you a fee to process a refund. Your financial institution may apply its own policies.
Package & Service Refund Terms
3.1 The Career Catalyst™
Includes: Professional Resume & Profile Makeover + Salary Negotiation Strategy
This package involves a structured delivery workflow. Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of delivery:
Before Work Begins
Full refund if you have not yet submitted your materials (resume, job descriptions, intake form) and we have not started any work on any component of the package.
After Work Begins
Partial refund considered case-by-case. A pro-rated amount may be refunded based on the proportion of work already completed across the included services.
After Delivery
No refund once the package deliverables (optimized resume, ATS match reports, professional profile optimization, salary negotiation strategy) have been delivered. Revision support may be offered within our scope of service.
3.2 The Elite Career Suite™
Includes: Professional Resume & Profile Makeover + Professional Networking & Advanced Job Search + Interview SOS + Salary Negotiation Strategy + Mock Interview
This is our most comprehensive package. Because it bundles multiple services — including a third-party subscription component — refund eligibility is assessed across all included components:
Before Any Work Begins
Full refund if no component of the package has been initiated, the subscription has not been activated, and you have not submitted any required materials.
After Work Begins on Any Component
A partial refund for genuinely unstarted components may be considered at our discretion. However, the Professional Networking & Advanced Job Search subscription is non-refundable once activated, as it is a third-party subscription provisioned on your behalf.
After All Components Delivered
No refund once all package deliverables have been provided. Revision support may be offered within our scope of service.
3.3 The Talent Collective™ (Team Plan)
Includes: All services from The Elite Career Suite™, billed per seat for teams of 5 or more
This team plan is designed for organizations purchasing on behalf of multiple team members. It includes all services from The Elite Career Suite™, including a third-party subscription component. Refund eligibility is determined by seat activation and work status:
Before Onboarding Begins
Full refund if no team member has been onboarded, no subscriptions have been activated, and no work has been initiated on any seat.
After Onboarding Has Started
A partial refund for unactivated seats may be considered at our discretion. No refund is issued for seats where work has been initiated or the third-party subscription has been activated.
After Service Delivery
No refund once services have been delivered and subscriptions activated for seats. For organizations, we encourage reviewing our scope of service before purchasing.
3.4 Individual Add-On Services
Individual services purchased separately (outside of a package) follow refund terms based on service type:
One-Time Deliverables
Applies to: Professional Resume & Profile Makeover, Salary Negotiation Strategy
Before Work Begins
Full refund if you have not submitted materials and no work has started.
After Delivery
No refund once final deliverables have been sent. Revision support may be offered within scope.
Session-Based Services
Applies to: Mock Interview, Interview SOS (1:1 Career Coaching)
24+ hours before session
Full refund or free reschedule.
12–24 hours before session
50% refund or reschedule, subject to coach availability.
Under 12 hours / No-show
No refund. The session is forfeited.
Completed sessions
No refund for sessions that have already been conducted.
Subscription-Based Services (Third-Party)
Applies to: Professional Networking & Advanced Job Search
This service includes a third-party premium subscription that we activate and provide to you as part of your purchase. Due to the nature of third-party subscriptions:
Before Subscription Activation
Full refund if the subscription has not yet been activated on your account.
After Subscription Activation
No refund once the subscription has been activated. Third-party subscriptions cannot be reversed or transferred once provisioned on your behalf.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are explicitly non-refundable:
- Fully delivered packages or services — including any package or add-on service where the primary deliverables (e.g. optimized resume + ATS match reports, completed profile optimization, concluded coaching/mock interview sessions, salary negotiation materials) have been sent to the client.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours notice) for session-based services such as Mock Interview or Interview SOS.
- Third-party subscription services (Professional Networking & Advanced Job Search) once the subscription has been activated on your account — these are non-reversible third-party services.
- Situations where the client fails to submit required materials (resume, intake form, job descriptions) within the reminder period after purchase — the purchased package or service remains active and available when you are ready to proceed.
- Dissatisfaction with job market outcomes — we provide professional career support, not guaranteed employment. Results depend on individual circumstances, job market conditions, and client effort.
Special Circumstances
We genuinely care about our clients. We will consider refunds or service credits on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors caused by us (e.g. double-charge, incorrect amount).
- Technical failure on our side that fully prevents service delivery.
- Medical emergency with supporting documentation.
- Force majeure events beyond both parties' control.
- Service quality issues where we did not meet the described scope — please contact us first so we can resolve this.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our management team by replying to your refund decision email.
- Provide additional documentation or evidence to support your case.
- Contact Lemon Squeezy directly regarding your transaction if a billing dispute arises.
EU/EEA Consumers
You have the right to use EU-approved alternative dispute resolution services and to bring proceedings in your local courts under EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy removes those rights.
US Consumers
You may file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or your state's consumer protection agency if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us.
Currency & Exchange Rates
Refunds are always issued in the same currency as your original purchase. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences between the date of purchase and the date of refund, which may result in a slightly different local-currency amount being received on your card statement.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy applied to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of your transaction. Any changes posted after your purchase do not retroactively affect you. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
